Achieves staffing objectives by identifying, evaluating and bringing on board suitable candidates to fill company's open positions in an efficient and time sensitive manner.    

  •  Evaluate the company's organizational structure and maintain a list of key positions for which hiring is required at frequent intervals.  
  • Maintain an updated database of potential candidates that match the company's key positions to ensure that hiring is done efficiently and quickly.
  • Headhunting, Prescreen and short list suitable candidates for Interviews.
  • Schedule, conduct and coordinate interviews.
  •  Making job offers and negotiating salary with selected candidates.
  •  Conduct orientation of newly hired employees.
  • Liaison with different universities and technical training institutions for recruitment and selection
  • Plan, coordinate and represent the TAQ organization in campus recruitment activities and Job fairs
  •  Preparing files of new hired employees.
  • Coordinate probationary period evaluation and get it approved from concerned Head of Department.
  • Coordination with different stakeholders for new joiner’s equipment, login, email ID and other onboarding activities.
  • Making Monthly Joiner and leaver report.
  • Selected Candidates background & NADRA verification
  • Manage personnel files and keep them updated and ensure audit readiness.
