Responsibilities:
- Lead the technical design and implementation of SaaS software solutions, ensuring they are scalable, reliable, and efficient.
- Work closely with project managers to develop project plans, set priorities, and allocate resources.
- Collaborate with software engineers to develop and maintain clean, modular, and reusable code.
- Conduct code reviews to ensure that the code is of high quality and meets the required standards.
- Ensure that software development projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
- Manage technical risks and ensure that appropriate measures are taken to mitigate them.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and trends in software development and make recommendations for improving our software development practices.
Requirements:
- At least 8 years of total software development experience.
- At least 3 years of experience as a Technical Lead.
- Experience working in a software house.
- Experience in both front-end development (React or Angular) and back-end development (Laravel or node.js).
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
