- Sharing fee billing dates with banks as per the prescribed formats and liaison with banks
- Preparing bank reconciliations of fee collection accounts
- Liaison with campus Accounts Assistant and collection of fee-related matters
- Month-end closing
- Addressing & responding to queries regarding school fee
- Posting fee receipt vouchers in MIS
