Job Description

Managing and ensuring the existing Standard Operational Procedures (SOP's) to maintain high academic standards among the chain of The Trust School campuses.


  • Implementing polices and directives of the concerned authorities/Head Office regarding conduct and functioning of The Trust School campuses.
  • Reviewing and developing plans for academic programs and policies.
  • Overseeing and leading the curriculum development.
  • Assisting in implementing the prescribed curriculum and syllabi breakdown on a centralized basis at The Trust School campuses.
  • the internal curriculum reviews in terms of ensuring that the content is relevant, and meets quality standards.
  • Building strong and close relationships with Administrator, Principal, Headmaster/Headmistress, Deputy Headmaster, Deputy Headmistress and Academic staff in ensuring the uniform and smooth delivery of various educational programs at all The Trust School campuses.
  • Carrying out frequent supervisory checks over the quality of instruction, working of the various academic systems and performance of the major functionaries (Principal, Headmaster/Headmistress, Deputy Headmaster, Deputy Headmistress and Academic staff).
  • Coordinating the examination procedures as is required by the competent authority.
  • Gathering and analyzing data on students and teachers achievement.
  • Coordinating regular departmental and other academic meetings.
  • Taking necessary steps in maintaining and catering the essential academic facilities including the science laboratories, computer labs and libraries.
  • Ensuring that academic processes and instructional materials meet the minimum expected standards for The Trust School.
  • Providing proactive leadership in promoting the vision and mission of TEDDS.
  • Working collaboratively with other departments in assisting all The Trust Schools in obtaining needed support and services.
  • Assisting the relevant authorities in “LESSON ASSESSMENT” of teaching staff (on yearly basis) and making recommendations in bringing professional excellence among them.
  • Assisting the relevant authorities in preparation of Annual Confidential Reports (ACR’s) and making recommendations for appropriate employment action.
  • Assisting the HR department in planning and conducting the in-service teacher’s trainings.
  • Developing and conducting standard recruitment procedures to hire qualified and competent teachers for various subjects/departments of the chain of The Trust Schools.
  • Representing “The Trust School” in seminars, conferences and other related forums pertaining to educational matters.
  • Assisting relevant personnel in developing a comprehensive “Activity Calendar” to be adopted on a centralized basis at all The Trust Schools.
  • Supporting the relevant personnel in developing a comprehensive program of Inter-school competitions on various areas of curricular, co-curricular and extra-curricular activities.
  • Any other duty as assigned by the GS & CEO, BOG and the Administrator.
