We are seeking self-motivated, energetic, detail oriented, highly organized, tech-savvy Case Management Coordinator to join our Case Management team.
Applicant must have excellent human relations skills and be able to work with a variety of individuals (students, instructors, administration, and the general public). Good analytical skills, attention to detail, the ability to communicate effectively, good organizational skills, and the ability to work with deadlines are essential. Advanced computer skills required, including Microsoft office software (Excel, Access and Word) and database management is a MUST.
Ideal Candidate MUST be able to Demonstrate following,
- Shows appropriate communication skills, effective listening and management skills to deal with difficult clients
- Demonstrate High level of knowledge regarding Data Analysis, and highly proficient in MS excel.
- Conducts telephone interview to gather the necessary data and logs it,
- Educates the Applicants about our Policies.
- Verifies the member eligibility before processing.
- Complies with the guidelines and established criteria for the different processes.
- Conducts with the interview process and documents according to the requirements.
- Applies in a consistent manner the policies and procedures.
- Complies with the established attendance and punctuality policies.
- Agree to comply with the following requirements, but not limited to: Code of Conduct, Ethics, Confidentiality and Conflict of Interest.
Education RequirementMin Bachelor’s degree ( Statistics, Analytics and Social Sciences etc). Experience in the field of Data Analysis will be beneficial
