Experiences & Abilities
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a principal in a well reputed English Medium School
- Fully conversant with all academic/administrative requirements of running a high achieving school at Matric and O-Level/A-Level
- Ability to launch new initiatives and affiliation with Education Board (BISE)
- Experience of all financial operations at institutional level
- Must be familiar with new technology trends in teaching; e-learning/distance learning Ability to manage active and effective communication with students, parents and general public
- Ability to attract, motivate and retain self-motivated faculty and staff
- Must possess proficiency in written & spoken
