We’re looking for enthusiastic TSR/ CSR for our domestic Campaign – for Lahore Office
Responsibilities:
- Maintaining a positive, empathetic and professional attitude toward customers at all times
- Responding promptly to customer inquiries
- Communicating with customers through various channels (calls/ chat)
- Acknowledging and resolving customer queries regarding product
- Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments and queries
- Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support
Requirements:
- Has proven background in Telemarketing Domain
- Strong communication skills English (spoken, listening and writing)
- Ability to stay calm when customers are stressed or upset.
- Proficient in MS Office.
- Ability to work in night shift
- Experience working with customer support/ Tele sales would be plus.
