We are a small to medium size Interior Design company based in Karachi. Looking for an experienced, sharp and independent minded surveyor.
Job description
- Managing the cost of the construction of our projects.
- Preparing bill of quantities, tender and other documents.
- Preparing cost/budget of different materials needed for projects.
- Procure and decide costs with subcontractors.
- Manage payment to subcontractors.
- Track changes to design, forecast budget, ensure project stays within approved budget.
- Correspondence with supervisor, project manager, engineer other staff.
Note: past experience working in interior design (ID Work) companies is necessary.
