We are building our client servicing team in Pakistan. You'll be working on a daily basis with a world-class team of Digital Strategists based in the US.
We’re looking for a talented Billing Executive to create, maintain and follow-up on invoices to clients and partners.
Responsibilities:
- Set up recurring invoices for new clients and services
- Follow up with overdue invoices
- Maintain project billables
- Ensure all billable items are billed to the client
- Work with team to understand what items to be billed
- Maintain the invoicing system
Requirements:
- Experience working with an agency would be preferred
- Excellent written English skills
- Excellent Organizational, Analytical skills and able to adapt to changing situations
- Experience in book-keeping would be preferred
- Experience with Wave Accounting software would be preferred
