Our head office is based in Denver, Colorado. We are building our client servicing team in Pakistan. You'll be working on a daily basis with a world-class team of Digital Strategists based in the US.
We’re looking for an experienced HR Executive to handle Talent Acquisition and HR Operations for our growing Pakistan team. We are looking for someone who has at least 1 year of experience working on similar HR roles. We are disrupting the Cloud Hosting industry and move really fast, so you should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
The ideal candidate will have prior experience in the specified role.
Responsibilities:
- Assisting with day to day operations of the HR functions and duties.
- Actively participating in recruitment efforts, posting job ads, organizing resumes, and job applications and recruiting top talent.
- Scheduling job interviews and assisting in the interview process.
- Collecting employment information and ensuring background and reference checks are completed.
- Maintaining relationships internally and externally to ensure staffing goals are achieved.
- Participating in other activities e.g. performance appraisal, training & development, etc.
- Identifying training and development opportunities. Organize staff training sessions, workshops, and activities.
- Processing employ requests for outside training while complying with policies and procedures.
- Evaluating the effectiveness of training programs.
- Providing basic counseling to staff who have performance related obstacles.
- Providing assistance in developing human resource plans.
Requirements:
- You have a Degree in Human Resource Management.
- Minimum 1 year of experience as an HR generalist. experience in the IT industry would be preferred.
- Knowledge of basic HR functions and policies.
- High level of interpersonal skills to handle sensitive and confidential situations and documentation.
- Knowledge of relevant laws and processes.
- Excellent telephonic and oral communication skills.
