We are seeking a detail-oriented Admin Officer to handle document processing, filing, and client management tasks. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and able to manage administrative workflows with accuracy and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain organized physical and digital filing systems
Process, sort, and manage incoming and outgoing documents
Ensure all documents are accurately labeled, stored, and easily accessible
Update records, forms, and client files as needed
Assist with client communication, including responding to inquiries and providing updates
Support daily administrative operations (data entry, scanning, photocopying, scheduling)
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely processing of paperwork
Maintain confidentiality and follow all company policies regarding document handling
