Customer Support / IT Officer

We are looking for a reliable and customer-focused Customer Support & IT Officer to support daily operations by assisting customers, handling inquiries, and providing basic IT-related support to the team. This role is primarily customer service–oriented but requires general familiarity with IT tools, software, and simple troubleshooting.

Responsibilities:

Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and timely manner.
Provide accurate information, resolve issues, and ensure a positive customer experience.
Maintain records of customer interactions, feedback, and resolutions.
Assist with onboarding new customers and guiding them through basic processes or product usage.
Provide or be willing to learn basic IT support for staff, such as troubleshooting simple software or hardware issues.
Coordinate with external IT service providers when advanced technical support is required.
Ensure systems, tools, and platforms used by the team run smoothly.
Support administrative tasks related to customer service and IT operations.

Qualifications:

Previous experience in customer service or support roles is preferred.
Basic understanding of computers, common software (MS Office/Google Workspace), and simple troubleshooting.
Strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to remain calm and polite under pressure.
Good organizational skills with attention to detail.
Willingness to learn and adapt to new tools and systems.
