Job Description:
- Proven work experience in Technical Recruitment
- Responsible for end-to-end recruitment cycle
- Develop Job Ads & Post on different social media
- Keeping track of all applicants & Scheduling Interviews
- Familiarity with Human Resources Management Systems
- Marketing of company events on social media
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management
- Sound knowledge of human resources theories, principles, and practices
- Knowledge of full life cycle recruiting and stages
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of recruitment portals like Rozee. Indeed, LinkedIn etc.
