Working Hours:
7pm to 4am (Monday to Thursday)
Work from Home (Friday)
Weekend/Days off ( Saturday and Sunday)
Duties :
Your duties and responsibilities will include but not be limited to ,
1: Sourcing/Identifying prospective candidates in Canada for assigned openings
2: Recruiting Candidates for prospective openings
3: Shortlisting candidates and making the introduction to the hiring manager
4: Qualifying candidates on the job requirements
5: Preparing/coaching candidates for interviews and sharing client information
6: Conducting interview de-briefs and closing them for potential offers
7: Extending offers to the selected candidates and helping them with the on-boarding
