IT/System/Network SUPPORT EXECUTIVES:

  • Will spend considerable time indoor for communicating online with customers and handle queries over phone and using Remote Sessions.
  • Personal we are looking should be Customer Friendly, Strong Interpersonal Skills, Good Computer knowledge, Professional Telephone Behavior.
  • Should be able to troubleshoot and provide prompt support.
  • Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, POP/SMTP/IMAP and Mail Server Technologies

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Assisting Customers on phone and in personal with Technical Issues related to Email Client Configuration, DNS, IP and Network.
  • To troubleshoot technical problems and respond to customer inquiries via chat and email providing information and closing queries.
  • Effective communication with users at all levels Tracking to conclusion simple and complex issue resolutions.
  • To help in achieving company wide objective, while ensuring complete customer satisfaction.
  • Time management & coordination skills and customer care attitude
  • Any other task assigned by the supervisor

CRITICAL & TECHNICAL SKILLS:

  • Good knowledge of Windows 7 and 8.1, MAC
  • Experience of working with Mail Servers
  • Strong Knowledge of POP/SMTP/IMAP Protocols and configuring Mail Client
  • Strong Knowledge of IP Addressing and DNS
  • Strong Knowledge of Cpanel/WHM
