Job Description

Admin manager is responsible for the efficient handling of all administrative work at company premises and support in operations.

 The Admin manager’s purpose is to:

·       Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office.

·       Support managers and employees through a variety of tasks related to organization and communication.

·       Responsible for confidential and time sensitive material.

·       Able to effectively communicate via phone and email ensuring that all Admin Officer duties are completed accurately and delivered with high quality and in a timely manner.

Responsibilities Include:

All office administrative tasks including

  • Arranging daily deliveries from and to office
  • Manage office supplies stock and place orders
  • Answer queries by employees and clients
  • Update office policies as needed
  • Maintain a company calendar and schedule appointments
  • Distribute and store correspondence (e.g. letters, emails and packages)
  • Arranging cleaners and coordinating with security to ensure warehouse and office are in good condition
  •  Supporting other teams to ensure efficient office operations

Inventory management

  • Stock checks and control

Additional ad hoc tasks to support CEO
