We are looking for outstanding, results driven and self-motivated individuals to join our engineering department as an engineering manager. The engineering manager is a key member of the organisation and will be responsible for the technical workshop.
As an engineering manager you will be tasked with the efficient running of the technical workshop, overseeing the technicians, providing quality assurance on all machines being delivered to clients and working with senior management to ensure the workshop is properly staffed and equipped. Your work should be done to ensure all machines are properly serviced and maintained to minimise downtime. You will also be responsible for the performance of the technicians and accounting for all equipment (parts and supplies) in the workshop.
Internally you are expected to work closely with the delivery and sales team to ensure that machines are prepared, tested and ready for delivery on time, as well as providing technical support for machines at clients.
