· Manage tax compliance, reporting, and tax filing works of the Company.
· Maintain tax balances in ledgers.
· Prepare all tax related documents on regular basis and handle all information data requests.
· Ensure timely and accurate filing of all corporate, personnel (Staff) income tax/WHT and GST returns.
· Prepare and review tax calculations, estimates and reports accruals and purpose partnering with country, regional and corporate finance, tax, legal business and operations terms.
· Manage tax provision and tax compliance process.
· Manage external tax authorities and consultants.
· Review current and deferred tax provision.
· Manage and coordinate tax audits.
· Provide innovative tax planning and review complex income tax returns.
Liaise with tax authorities and provide tax audit support to the Management
