Job Description

  • Providing support to all business units including administration, IT, finance, human resources, market operations and education & training departments.
  • Discovering the most profitable suppliers, preparing comparison statements, negotiate with external vendors to control.
  • Assisting HR department in maintaining attendance, leave records and other activities.
  • Proper filing and record keeping of all administrative documents.
  • Managing daily Branch operations.
  • Checking monthly sales and stock reports along with physical inventory.
  • Listening to and resolving customer complaints regarding the shortage or availability of products, promotion policies, data errors, and market related problems etc. 
  • Encouraging and supporting staff in their day to day activities, discuss their plans, help them set realistic goals and troubleshoot potential obstacles.
