a. Overseas and administer the operations of warehouse. Receive, identify, and verify merchandise properly and report shortage or problem in consignment if any, to the Office Manager/Logistic Officer.
b. Provide information to and assist customers regarding the availability, value, and packing quantity of products.
c. Knowledge to use inventory management software. And based on previous month sales quantity of each product, make monthly order for timely supply of products, so as to avoid shortage.
d. Maintain stock report on daily basis and record sales quantity of each product in the report. Issue products and clear the advance balance record from information system.
e. Manage store on ‘FIFO (First in First Out)’ basis to avoid expiry.
f. Check and count physical inventory on weekly and monthly basis along with Office Manager and Accountant, and send report to Logistic Manager.
g. Able to work under pressure and take care while issuing products to more than 01 customer.
h. Arrange the product display, replace the display products regularly to avoid expiry. Place and move products in a safe manner.
i. Maintain files appropriate to the activities of the warehouse, such as invoices, order forms, receiving, and shipping data etc.
j. Arrange stock according to requirements and established procedures. In case of emergency or in order to replace outdated material or any discrepancies in stock, report directly to Logistic Manager for proper solution.
k. Have good communication skills and act as an active team player to support the co-partner
