A Well-established UK based Travel Agency is currently seeking services of Fresh Agents for its back office in Lahore.(Female Candidates Only)
Office timings 12:00 pm to 09:00 pm.
Job Description
- Consultant will be receiving inbound calls.
- Answer Client's questions, as well as question Client to obtain full understanding of what information is being requested.
- Provide quality customer service on every call.
- Communicate clearly and effectively with Client's
- Routing the calls to concerned departments if needed.
- Organize and prioritizes duties
- Consultant will be responsible to solve customer queries over the phone calls.
- Consultant will handle customer queries via emails
- Fresh candidates are encouraged to apply
- Females are highly encouraged apply.
- Its a 09 hour shift job,
- Attractive commission structure apart from five figure basic salary, Monthly bonuses and quarterly recreational trips.
