Signalytics is seeking a creative and results-driven TikTok Account Strategist to spearhead the growth and engagement of our TikTok presence across multiple brands. This role requires developing and executing customized content strategies tailored to TikTok’s unique platform, collaborating with influencers, and driving brand awareness and conversions through compelling short-form videos. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience managing TikTok accounts, a keen understanding of trends, and a passion for performance-oriented content within a fast-paced e-commerce environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement TikTok content strategies that align with each brand’s marketing and business goals.
- Identify viral TikTok trends and creatively adapt them to maximize reach and engagement.
- Maintain a consistent content calendar and posting schedule to ensure regular audience interaction.
- Collaborate with influencers and creators to produce User-Generated Content (UGC) that reinforces brand messaging.
- Actively engage with the TikTok community by monitoring comments, responding to feedback, and fostering positive audience relationships.
- Work cross-functionally with marketing, creative, and e-commerce teams to integrate TikTok initiatives with broader campaigns.
- Track and analyze key performance indicators such as views, likes, shares, comments, conversion rates, and GMV growth.
- Generate regular performance reports and insights to guide strategic adjustments and optimize content effectiveness.
- Stay informed about TikTok algorithm updates, platform changes, and competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge.
Required Qualifications
- At least 2 years of experience managing TikTok accounts, supported by a proven track record (portfolio or links to managed accounts required).
- In-depth knowledge of TikTok algorithms, content trends, audience behavior, and platform best practices.
- Strong creative and storytelling abilities, with the capacity to generate content ideas independently and meet tight deadlines.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Familiarity with social media analytics tools such as TikTok Analytics, Sprout Social, or similar platforms is a plus.
Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
- Experience in influencer marketing or managing UGC campaigns is highly advantageous.
- Knowledge of Amazon or Walmart search marketing is considered a bonus.
- Experience with keyword research tools to support content or campaign expansion is beneficial.
