Herbiotics Health Care, a prominent nutraceutical brand in Pakistan, is looking for a creative and results-oriented TikTok Ads Expert to join their marketing team. The successful candidate will possess a deep understanding of the TikTok algorithm and demonstrate the ability to create engaging, attention-grabbing video content that delivers strong returns on investment through paid advertising campaigns. This role requires managing multiple brand campaigns simultaneously, analyzing performance data to optimize results, and collaborating closely with creative teams to produce impactful video advertisements tailored for TikTok audiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, execute, and continuously optimize TikTok advertising campaigns across various brands to achieve targeted goals.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics such as CTR, CPC, CPM, and ROAS to identify areas for improvement and maximize effectiveness.
- Conduct research on current trends, hooks, and content strategies that successfully convert viewers into customers.
- Collaborate with designers and content creators to develop engaging, scroll-stopping video ads specifically designed for TikTok users.
Required Qualifications:
- At least 6 months of hands-on experience managing campaigns using TikTok Ads Manager.
- Strong knowledge of key advertising metrics including Click-Through Rate (CTR), Cost Per Click (CPC), Cost Per Mille (CPM), and Return on Ad Spend (ROAS).
- Proven ability to create and manage custom audience segments and optimize advertising budgets for maximum impact.
- A portfolio or screenshots showcasing successful TikTok ad campaigns is highly desirable to demonstrate practical expertise.
