- Preparing drawings/Layouts and quotations for clients, rendering and preparing presentations.
- Space planning, layout and utilization of furnishings and equipment, and color coordination, interior design drawings, materials, mock ups & finish samples and interior design finish boards. Selection of tiles, sanitary, fittings and kitchen accessories etc.
- Formulate environmental plan to be practical, aesthetic, and conducive to intended purposes.
- Plan and design interiors for residential, corporate and exhibition booths as and when required.
- Responsible for interior designing of showrooms and advise to clients.
- Requires coordination with clients and internal departments.
- Commands in Software like; Adobe Suit CS6, Autocad, 3D Max and Sketch up.
- The main objective of interior designer is to increase sales and buyer attention, capitalizing on the human tendency to ‘window-shop’. Displays are frequently changed to promote new product launches.
- Always follow new trends or ideas for visual merchandising in displays by using their skills including graphic design, fine art, spatial design, interior design, business studies or retail management.
