Position: Account Manager
Job Description
We are looking to hire an account manager that will be responsible for creating proposals and estimates and then closing deals. All clients are based in Ontario, Canada.
Full Time (minimum 40 hours per week)
Hours of operation: TBD
Operations:
- Sketch out the roof on a potential client's house using a sketching software
- Generate estimates using the date from the sketch
- Create and email proposals presenting these estimates
Sales:
Review proposals and answer client queries to close sales.
Job Requirements
- Extensive sales experience and ability to build strong relationships
- Having previously worked at a call centre is an asset
- Excellent written and spoken communication skills
- Must be highly fluent in English
- Track record of high achievements in academics or sports
- Must be computer savvy
- Self-motivated and able to take initiative on tasks
- Extremely organized and constantly looking to improve existing operations by making it more efficient while maintaining effectiveness
- A quick learner
- Ability to work in fast paced environment
- Responsible and punctual
- Able to meet tight deadlines
- Excellent communication skills
- Fluent in English, Urdu, and Punjabi
- Excellent people skills
- Able to work alone and on a team
- Conflict resolution skills
Compensation plan:
Base Salary:
40,000 PKR
Commission/Bonuses:
- 5,000 PKR for every closed insulation sale
- 5,000 PKR for every closed Roof Replacement sale
- Bonuses are based on performance, margins on sales and upselling other services
