Time and Tune is engaged in several turnkey projects across Pakistan. We require a seasoned and experienced, site supervisor at our site in Karachi. The successful candidate must have extensive experience in infrastructure work, road and steel structures.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Manages sub-contractors
- Monitoring and controlling performance
- Surveying and record keeping
- Checking plans, drawings and quantities for accuracy of calculations
- Quantity surveying
- Cross-check sub-contractor invoices
- Test building materials, such as concrete, asphalt, or steel, for use in particular projects
- Oversee surveying operations to establish reference points, grades, and elevations to guide construction
- Have knowledge of concept design, as-built drawings, detailed design, construction techniques
- Reporting and documentation
