We are looking for full time Experienced Travel Agents / Customer service Executive for our UK based inbound travel agency call center in Lahore Pakistan. Candidates must have at least 1 year experience in travel agency call center and must have experience in GDS systems you will work alongside an experienced team of customer service Agents servicing our key clients across the WORLD.
To be considered, you must possess below skills:
- Excellent English written and verbal communication skills
- Fast, accurate GDS handling (Sabre RED, Worldspan, Galileo) skills,
- Demonstrated problem solving skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to understand and follow verbal and written instruction
