- Understand product space by becoming an expert on TimeSolv and competitor’s products. Need the ability to learn competitor’s product features and functionality with access to online help.
- Develop product roadmap and requirements to address common customer needs
- Collaborate with engineers, and marketers, to build and launch product features
- Prioritize work backlog and to drive work in other areas that deliver value for our customers
- Define product requirements and iterate based on customer feedback
Qualifications
- 5+ years defining requirements and delivering software products in a Product Management or business analyst role
- Experience defining requirements across web & mobile applications ideally SaaS environment
- Experience partnering with engineering to define, build, and maintain products which are critical to growth, engagement, and retention
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Passion for solving problems with a customer centric mindset
- Strong analytical skills
- Great track record with engineers: people like to work with you.
- Strong desire to learn and continuously improve
- Capable of decomposing a big vision into bite-size milestones
- Bachelors in Computer Science, plus MBA in marketing preferred.
