- The required candidate must be able to speak English with highest proficiency and preferably with British or American accent. The candidate must demonstrate a natural passion and drive to improve, enhance and add value to the operations.

- IT literate with previous experience of using Microsoft office suite
- Excellent attention to detail, organisation and customer service skills
- Take ownerships of successes, failures and strives to meet goals
- Strong verbal & written communication skills with an excellent command of the English language
- Knowledge of working on Time gate or any other rostering software.
- Basic understanding and knowledge of working within HSE procedures & processes in the working environment
- Ability to work as an individual but also as part of a team
- A professional image with an immaculate appearance and presentation
- Process driven but with a flexible and adaptable approach to improve and meet business requirements
- Demonstrates integrity and respect at all times
- Available to work on nights as well as on days.
- Must not have a criminal record.
