About the Role
The Sr. Recruiter will drive the firm’s outbound talent acquisition efforts, partnering closely with local universities, colleges, community organizations, and other institutions.
In this role, the Sr. Recruiter will pioneer our campus engagement strategies, identify key personnel at the institutions, and leverage new relationships to routinely disseminate job advertisements for our portfolio startups via email and flyers.
Successful candidates will be autonomous operators with strong communication skills and keen initiative to execute on and further develop our recruitment and onboarding playbook. This role will also span across a range of initiatives within and outside of recruitment including conducting Zoom and in-person interviews, cold-calling select organizations for partnership opportunities, and creating digital ads promoting our investment firm and/or our portfolio companies.
This position is expected to require no more than 16 hours of work per month. This is a 6 to 9 month contract role, with above-market pay. Female applicants are preferred.
