The Role
At tkxel, we are looking for a compassionate childcare expert for our inhouse daycare facility. The resource will be responsible to create a pleasant and conducive environment that ensures wellbeing of our employees’ children ranging from age 0 – 6 years. Commitment to take immense care, and engagement with them on fun and educational activities and create an environment which will nurture them in the best appropriate way.

What will be your key responsibilities?
- Supervise children’s activities throughout the day and immediately address any problems they may incur
- Engage in fun games and educational activities to entertain the children
- Able to teach and depict appropriate manners Infront of the children to ensure they interact well socially
- Confer with the children’s parents to determine their eating and sleeping schedule
- Ensure that toddlers and infants are provided with special care
- Maintain a healthy relationship with children and be polite in your communication
- Foster a friendly relationship with children
What are we looking for?
- Bachelor’s degree or Highschool Diploma
- Training in early childhood development program is preferred
- Prior childcare experience
- Exhibit emotional maturity in day to day tasks
- Compassionate, focused and ready to accept challenges with a positive attitude
- Engaging with Toddlers, infants and young children and able to perform under stress
