• Human resources policy - develop, implement and maintain human resources policies across the organization, including training programs to educate and promote awareness of regulatory compliance.
  • Reporting and management of human resources metrics - produce reports on key metrics, including remuneration and benefits, absenteeism and turnover
  • Ensure that accurate job descriptions are in place
  • Maintain Staff Performance Evaluation records
  • Coordinate staff recruitment and selection process in order to ensure a timely, organized and comprehensive procedure to hire staff
  • Prepare notices and advertisements for vacant staff positions
  • Schedule and organize interviews
  • Conduct reference checks on possible candidates
  • Prepare orientation programs and inform the new employees
  • Coordination with GM and compilation of all HR Reports(Daily/ Weekly/Monthly/Quarterly/Annual)
  • Assist Manager HR in formulating various policies relating to personnel
  • Identify training and development opportunities and maintain records of training sessions attended by employees
  • Process employee requests for outside training while complying with policies and procedures
  • Process the employees requests for welfare and leaves and maintain the records
  • Dealing with grievances and implementing disciplinary procedures
  • Research and monitor human resource systems in other organizations within the industry
  • Perform other related duties as required.
