Woodworth is looking for a skilled Furniture Production Manager with 2–3 years of experience in the furniture manufacturing industry. The ideal candidate will manage daily production activities, ensure product quality, supervise staff, and maintain smooth workflow in the production unit.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee end-to-end furniture production operations.
- Plan daily/weekly production schedules to meet deadlines.
- Ensure quality control at every stage of manufacturing.
- Supervise carpenters, polishers, and upholsterers.
- Manage raw material usage and inventory levels.
- Coordinate with design, procurement, and sales teams for timely order completion.
- Must be able to copy the exact product as per picture.
Must have keen eye to observe dimensions and dynamics
Requirements
- Minimum 2–3 years’ experience in furniture manufacturing/production.
- Strong knowledge of woodwork, upholstery, polishing, and finishing.
- Ability to manage teams and handle production deadlines.
- Good organizational

- Ability to read drawings/specifications is a plus.
