Responsibilities: Design logos, icons and webpages that are based on client descriptions Collaborate with development team to create webpage designs in line with functionality that client needs Stay in touch with current industry trends Present polished and consistent work on a daily basis

Experience & Expertise
Ability to take initiative on tasks and be productive always - never slacking or waiting for someone to tell them what to do Strong creative, organizational, problem solving and time-management skills. Adaptable and quick learner. Must be able to apply style guides creatively while upholding brand identity for BiG Inc, as well as our multiple clients.
Hands on Tools
Expert knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite. Experience with HTML and motion graphics a plus. Expert-level experience with Adobe CC Programs: InDesign, illustrator, Photoshop Very strong understanding of UX/UI design, usability and user centered design concepts Possess strong conceptual skills, high level sense of design, layout and typography, a broad thinker who is able to offer a variety of design solutions. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Big egos need not apply. Work well with tight deadlines in a team environment. Able to take projects from start to finish with minimal supervision. Experience of white board and animated videos is a big plus Must be able to handle social media pages.
