TOGETHER is a pioneering company working for Social Enterprise Development in Pakistan.
We are looking for someone with one foot in traditional media, and another in digital media, combining those passions into traditional channels as newsletters, request letters, campaigns etc. The role is responsible for providing a quality design and creative vision for organization working in Social Enterprise.
The Creative Development Manager will work with Account Managers’ to ideate and recommend story telling about Social Problems and Solutions for Specific, high revenue generating key accounts based on their needs. The post will be directly responsible for product development from concept through printing and marketing.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise the Creative Development Executives within the department, developing staff and overseeing relationships with clients and internal teams.
- Creating a long term strategic and creative vision with full responsibility.
- Following a multi-platform content programming strategy.
- Create high quality pitch materials such as Newsletters, request letters, campaigns (developing, producing, editing).
- Motivate, develop and challenge the creative and graphic design team to allow them to use their talents effectively to their fullest capacity/ability.
Requirements:
- Master’s degree in English Literature/Mass Communication or equivalent.
- Minimum 4 – 5 years of experience within creative campaigns process, graphic design, marketing.
- Significant experience on Social Media platforms.
- A positive and enthusiastic attitude with high emotional intelligence.
- Expertise in verbal and written communication – ability to effectively communicate complex concepts and ideas in a simple manner across different levels of an organization.
- Ability to lead and work within cross functional teams under aggressive deadlines.
