Duties and Responsibilities:
- Targeting market segment (Individual, trader, corporate)
- Meeting with existing and prospective donors.
- Target achievement and ensuring accomplishments with team.
- Daily planning and related system implementation for smooth sales.
- Working on sponsors for different activities.
- Campaigns and activities and then Smooth operations (Implementation, feedback and success) regarding campaigns.
- Mapping market for resource development (Fundraising).
- Adherence to systems and rules regulations.
- Leading the team member and help to achieving his/her targets
