We are looking for a reliable trustworthy Rider He will undertake office tasks.
The tasks of the office Rider will include bookkeeping and mentoring office assistants. The ideal candidate will be competent in prioritizing and working with little supervision. They will be self-motivated and trustworthy.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency.
- Coordinate with office HR And other staff
- Interviews management
- Office supplies and place orders when necessary
- Dispatch management
- Work closely with Admin
- Bank payments
- Office payments collection
- Letters dispatch
- Other office duties Assign management and admin
Requirements and skills
- Must have own bike
- Proven experience as a Rider, office assistant or relevant role
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
- Familiarity with office management procedures and professional attitude
- Familiarity with office policies
