ARA International is National distributor of American and Swiss brands and are an exclusive supplier of these products in Pakistan. We are looking for an Assistant Manager (Import/Export). The applicant should be well versed with import & export procedure, like opening of L/Cs, acquisition performa invoice etc and well versed with policy and its terminology.
Job Description
- Able to independently handle Imports from Indenters and Suppliers, Customs, Sales Tax /Excise Department, Shipping Companies, Including Tariffs, L/C’s with Banks, Landed Cost, operate WeBok.
- Maintain and improve quality results by adhering to standards and guidelines; recommending improved procedures.
- Liaison with the international vendors.
- Experience in logistics and carrier documentation
- Verify and monitor timely handling of all departmental accounts payable and receivable matters.
- Daily interactions and departmental performance reporting to Regional Head.
- Able to perform any other assigns duties as required by the management.
