Toolmart Inc. is a US based firm, running huge e-commerce portals and seeking an enthusiastic person for our customer support department. You will be responsible to keep our vendors and customers updated by handling their questions and concerns via emails with speed and professionalism. Training will be provided by the company to perform specific tasks.This position is primarily responsible but not limited to the following key responsibilities:Core responsibilities:

  • Replying to customer emails regarding shipping, availability, freight charges and other technical inquiries
  • Sending shipping notifications to customers
  • Handling basic/semi technical Ebay inquiries
  • Preparing payment sheets for PayPal transactions
  • Preparing Order sheets for different sales channels
  • Calling different vendors to check stock availability, verify cost or to get technical details
  • Calling our customers to get or give information as needed

Skills Required:

  • Individuals with strong English language skills needed (both written and verbal)
  • Good customer handling skills.
  • Computer skills including Internet, Outlook, Word, and Excel.
