The Compliance Executive will be responsible for designing and developing the SOPs for all department and the compliance of those procedures in the daily work routine.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and analyze Daily/ weekly or monthly KPI reports on individual and team performance for the leadership team reporting on quality and other operational metrics related to quality
- Determining, negotiating and agreeing on in-house quality procedures, standards and specifications
- Working with all the departments to establish procedures, standards, systems and procedures
- Discuss the problems with each department to minimize the ambiguities
- Writing management and technical reports if required
- Acting as a catalyst for change and improvement in performance and quality
- Recording, analyzing and distributing statistical information
- Monitoring performance
Qualification and Experience:
- Min Bachelors in the relevant field
- 2-3 years of related experience
- Proven experience of making and implementation of SOPs.
- Previous Compliance/ Control assurance experience in a Software house, or similar environment.
Skills required:
- Attention to detail
- Data collection and analysis
- Excellent communication skills - verbal and written
- Strong computer skills including, but not limited to, Microsoft Office
- Problem analysis and creative problem solving
- Planning and organizing
- Critical thinking/decision-making
- Salesforce experience will be a plus
