Job Overview
Working through digital platforms as a dedicated offshore employee for UK based companies, to help oversee and manage the recruiting, interviewing, and hiring of new staff. You will help plan, direct, and coordinate the administrative functions of the client organization, while efficiently and effectively consulting with your respective client company on strategic planning and serving as a liaison between an organization’s management and its employees through digital platforms.
Responsibilities
- Recruiting and developing staff through digital platforms.
- Liaising with management to ensure payments are made on time
- Approving job descriptions and advertisements
- Monitoring staff performance through digital platforms
- Advising employees on the employment policies and procedures
- Negotiating salaries, contracts, working conditions or redundancy packages with staff and representatives through digital platforms
- Negotiating contracts
- Headhunting
- Telephone Interviewing and assessing prospective applicants & matching them with vacancies at client companies
- Screening candidates through digital platforms and drawing up shortlists of candidates for clients to interview
- Organizing interviews and selection process
- Making arrangements for the advertisement of vacancies
- Helping applicants to prepare for interviews
- Building relationships with clients.
Requirements
- Bachelors (BBA) or Masters in Business Administration (MBA) in International Human Resource Management with a minimum of 0 to 2+ years of relevant experience.
- Exceptional verbal, and written English skills.
5 days a week. Timings vary according to the client.
