Topdot is a web development company and we’re looking to add a technical writer to our team.
Responsibilities
- Documentation of all (frontend & backend) functional requirements, use cases, and system specification.
- Collaborate with Product Managers, Developer, and UX designers.
- Identification of needs, viability, and scope.
- Evaluation of feedback and user needs.
Qualifications
- Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree.
- Excellent problem solving and critical thinking skills.
- Good knowledge of software development lifecycle and software development methodologies.
- Understands the concepts around by gathering user requirements.
- Good writing skills.
- General understanding of the e-commerce websites and their flow.
- General Business analysis skills used to document user requirements.
- Ability to quickly learn new application, processes, and procedures of simple to moderate complexity.
