We are looking for an ambitious and hardworking accountant to manage the financial transactions and daily accounting tasks. You will contribute to the efficient operation of the department and maintain transparency for the company’s finances. The ideal candidate should have effective knowledge of Intuit QuickBooks Desktop.
· To manage and record daily financial transactions and Posting of those transactions in QuickBooks.
· Responsible for the posting and allocation of customer receipts to the sales ledger.
· Managing employees and managers commissions.
· Assist accounts manager in relevant tasks.
· Preparing financial documents such as invoices, bills, and vouchers.
· Assist in managing payroll
· Assist in managing company ledgers
· Bank Visits
· Handling accruals and prepayments
· Any other assignments assigned by Management
