· You are responsible for your assigned category.
· Managing all the vendor operations.
· You are responsible for the vendor/product pickups, product arrangement, vendor product returns.
· Communicating to vendors on regular basis through email, call & text for stock update to avoid order cancellation due to stock-outs
· You are responsible for the content and product uploading of the products in a proper manner.
· By visiting the market, find the new vendors, products and get them on board for the website.
· Keep follow up with the vendors. Make strong communication among the company and the vendors.
· Answering to vendors’ queries and resolving their issues. Keeping in touch via Emails, Calls, WhatsApp and SMS
· Arranging photo-shoot if vendor cannot provide quality pictures with marketing about the promotions and new campaigns.
· Get the vendors belonging to relevant categories to participate in promotions.
· Sending invoices to vendors when the payment cycle ends and responsible for vendor payments and all.
