Can Manage large amounts of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner

Should demonstrate friendliness and proper phone etiquette with every customer

Can provide a constant and accurate daily account of incoming calls as well as daily completion of customer service records.

Can cultivate strong relationships with drivers and customers to reduce the stress that comes with last minute schedule changes.

Excellent communication skills

Fluent in speaking english

Can work fulltime
