The role requires an extremely smart individual who is organized, discrete, highly resourceful, with good interpersonal skills.  She should handle communications with CEO.  The PS needs to anticipate the voice of the CEO in many areas.

* Immediate Requirement

Primary Responsibilities

First and foremost responsibility is to do whatever the CEO asks. The role will include a wide variety of duties and responsibilities including but not limited to the following

• Ability to manages the day-to-day administrative affairs of the office.  Schedules all appointments and other commitments.

• Typical office work such as answering phone calls, photocopying, mailing, etc. 

• Ability to manage email and skype communication professionally

• Advanced use of Microsoft office applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint,; ability to learn organization’s database and content management system.

• Excellent communication skills, the ability to multi-task 

• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills

• Meticulous grammar, editing, writing, presentation, and communication skills

• Ability to maintain a high level of trust and integrity under strict confidentiality.

• Advanced use of Microsoft office applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint,; ability to learn organization’s database and content management system.

• Sometimes telecommuting may require( working from home
