  1. Oversee engineering aspect of development of housing scheme. Specifically, construction supervision of roads, sewerage pipes, drainage etc.
  2. Oversee construction of houses and other structures
  3. Lead a team of surveyors and junior engineers to ensure meeting of targets in a timely and effective manner

Work Experience:

  1. Worked at a housing scheme project at a mid to high level engineering position
  2. A few years’ experience at a construction company so has construction projects’ oversight experience

Ideal Candidate:

  1. Civil Engineer – registered with PEC
  2. Minimum 10 years of experience
  3. Some experience in managing a housing scheme
  4. Proficient with Word & Excel; has experience with working on PC1&2 and knows how to prepare relevant reports for construction projects

Nice to have – but not required:

1.      Town planners license

2.      A retired Major/Col in the army’s engineering division
