- Ideal candidate qualification ACA
- Process subcontractor applications for payment and vendor invoices for project manager approval
- Gain an understanding of the sales/use tax implications for assigned projects
- Prepare monthly billings for assigned projects and ensure all cost are billed in a timely manner
- Work with project managers to ensure timely collection of customer invoices
- Provide assistance to the project team in complying with various contractual requirements
- Subcontractor lien waiver tracking and collection of final statements of contract
- Project audit and annual audit support as needed
- Respond to subcontractor/vendor inquiries
