We are looking for an energetic and persuasive B2B Telemarketing Sales Representative to join our night shift team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for handling international sales inquiries, reaching out to potential leads, and closing deals through platforms like Gmail and Facebook (Meta). This position requires excellent communication skills, a strong sales mindset, and the ability to work independently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle B2B lead generation and respond to international sales inquiries during night hours.
- Execute telemarketing and email campaigns through software.
- Close sales and process orders accurately with proper documentation.
- Maintain follow-ups, update sales logs, and coordinate with production/logistics teams.
- Build Long Term relationships through professional communication.
- Consistently meet or exceed assigned sales targets.
Job Requirements:
- 6 months to 1 year of experience in international B2B sales or telemarketing (Fresher’s with excellent English communication may also apply).
- Must be comfortable working on-site during night shift.
- Intermediate qualification or above.
- Strong spoken and written English skills.
- Confident in telephonic and digital sales communication.
- Familiarity with online platforms (Gmail, Facebook).
Preferred Skills:
- Fluency in English
- Team-oriented, Organized & Perform multitasking
- Gmail and Social Media platform handling
- MS Office and document handling
