We require Technical Support Engineer for our company.
NOTE:
This is Roaster Based JOB, we encourage candidates who are comfortable in traveling and easily adjust themselves on client side remote locations. He can be move one station to another for a week, months and so one so forth as per the nature of work. T&DA will be paid by company in case of traveling. 4 consecutive leave will be offer in case remote location placement.
You will be part of our back-end support office Post vacant for: (Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Gujranwal, Silakot, Lahore & Karachi.)
Essential Requirements
Remote Technical Support: -
· 1+ year experience
· CISCO / CCNA certified
· Very strong knowledge of Microsoft and desktop support.
· Cisco/networking knowledge.
· Advanced PC/Laptop/Server and other hardware knowledge
· Excellent theoretical/Practical concepts
· Flexibility to work on odd hours.
· Ability to troubleshoot internal IT infrastructure issues
· Strong hands-on experience implementing and troubleshooting Cisco networking equipment, protocols, and features e.g. Cisco routers, ASA series Firewalls, routers, switches, LAN/WLAN issues.
· Knowledge and troubleshooting of TCP/IP, LAN/WAN, DHCP Server, NAT, SSID, WPA/WPA2, TKIP, AES, VPN, TELNET, FTP, HTTP, SMTP, POP3, SNMP, DNS, PING.
· Will keep ensure network security by segregate network groups in different Vlans and amend ACL to improve security levels.
· Will ensure network security and made required configuration changes at firewall level e.g. VPN Tunnel, Access Rules, Remote access VPN, Netting etc.
· Experience with Windows 2003/2008 Server.
